The Steam Workshop makes it easy to install and activate mods, and the more advanced ones are simply added to a special folder. If you’ve never modded before, there’s nothing to worry about when it comes to modding Skyrim. And, best of all, every one of these Skyrim mods is free! No wonder there’s been over one billion mod downloads between Skyrim and Fallout. They’ll make the vanilla 2011-released game look better than even the 2016 Special Edition version. But when you’re looking for Skyrim mods, where do you start? Or they’re just out to transform farmyard animals into deadly explosives.
